We accept all major credit cards and personal cheques, we can process cards immediately, cheques we have to allow 5 working days to clear.
All of our water features come to you on a pallet delivery complete with cobbles (if included) and the correct electric pump for the required amount of water per hour.
All of our pumps come with a years guarantee* and have 10 metres of cable included. Unfortunately due to EU rules we cannot supply them with a plug but a standard 3 pin plug is all that is needed. If your fountain is to be used further than 10 metres away from the electrical supply an outdoor waterproof connector will be required, along with the required amount of extra cable, (available from any good diy store).If unsure please consult with a qualified electrician
All of the water features need a level base and sand/gravel/soil/level slab etc can be used.
* We recommend that you drain all water features over the winter months and although we have tested them for several years without incident, in all conditions, the pumps and ornaments are not protected by guarantee if broken by freezing/thawing cycles.

The quoted price includes main land UK only delivery by Royal mail and is as per first class delivery. For other areas please contact us for a quote
Water Features
Included delivery is for Mainland UK, Northern Ireland and Isle of Wight only.
For Scottish Islands, Orkney and Shetland Isles, Arran, Channel Islands, Eire, Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles please contact us for a delivery quote contact us (please note we have to charge an extra supplement for the above regions but cost is always kept to a minimum and delivery charges may not be as high as you think e.g. Dublin and Eire is around £25.00 per fountain)
Delivery is based on the 5 day working week, is a 3 day delivery service and so can be timed very well, our couriers can even telephone to advise on delivery times on your selected day.
We can offer next day or Saturday morning deliveries, at additional cost, again please contact us for a quote.
Water features are delivered on a pallet and include everything you need to set up the feature except water and electricity! (please note cobbles are included as pictured but plants are not included).
All pumps are electric with very low running costs, typically 10-30 watts (Much less than a standard light bulb) all come with 10 metres of cable as standard.
We Guarantee all of our ornaments/water features for 1 year from receipt and will replace any item that is deemed faulty. If you wish to cancel an order it must be cancelled 24 hours before delivery otherwise delivery costs will apply.
